How to Check the Status of an OhioLINK Request

  1. Log in to My Account using your CWRU or CIM credentials.
  2. Select the Requests tab.

  1. Click the down arrow next to a request to view its details.

  1. Most OhioLINK requests arrive within  7–10 days of the request being submitted.
  2. An email notification will be sent when your requested item is ready for pickup.
