On May 13, 2025, EBSCO is launching a new user interface for all EBSCOhost databases and EBSCO eBooks.
Your current MyEBSCO Account will become My Dashboard in the new interface. During the transition, only select saved content will migrate from MyEBSCO to My Dashboard. The following folders will no longer be available in the new UI:
- Search Alerts sub-folder and Journal Alerts sub-folder
- Persistent Link to Searches sub-folder;
- My Custom folders.
If you currently use My Custom folders in your MyEBSCO account, we encourage you to move items to your general My Folder. Then, once the user interface updates, you can reorganize them in My Projects. You can do this by following these steps:
1. Login to your MyEBSCO account.
2. On the EBSCOhost Classic interface, select the Folder in top right to open and view your MyEBSCO Account
3. Check towards the bottom left to see if you have any folders under the My Custom heading
4. Select and open your My Custom folder to show its contents:
5. Click the checkbox to Select all or manually select individual items that you would like to keep
6. Open the Move To drop down and select My Folder:

7. Repeat these steps until all items you want to keep have been moved into My Folder.
