Here are three things to try that could solve access issues:
- Restart your browser and make sure that you are running the most recent version available.
- Try logging in using a different browser, or using an incognito/private window. If you find this works for you, then you likely need to clear your cookies/cache.
- Disable any browser extensions/plugins, particularly antivirus protection. Some virus protection plugins can interfere with the authentication process.
