If an OhioLINK request does not appear in My Account > Requests, the item may be unavailable from other OhioLINK member libraries. Before submitting a request in the Discovery Catalog, confirm that the lending terms are provided, which should include a delivery time of seven days and a loan period of 21 days for students or 42 days for faculty.

Once a request is successfully submitted, it will display under Requests with a green circle above the “Requested” status along with the submission date. If the item is unavailable through both CWRU and OhioLINK, an Interlibrary Loan request should be submitted instead.
