If an OhioLINK request does not appear in My Account > Requests, the item may be unavailable from other OhioLINK member libraries.

Before placing a request in the Discovery Catalog, confirm that the lending terms are listed. These should include:

  • Delivery time: 7 days

  • Loan period: 21 days for students, 42 days for faculty

Once a request is successfully submitted, it will appear under Requests with:

  • A green circle above the “Requested” status

  • The submission date

If the item is unavailable through both CWRU and OhioLINK, submit an Interlibrary Loan request instead.
