Teaching Assistants (TAs) may complete the course reserves request form on behalf of instructors, using their own details as the person submitting the request. In the notes field, the professor's name and email can be included along with a note that the requestor is a TA. Reserves staff will communicate directly with the TA regarding the request, but the course will be listed under the instructor's name.
